Free HYIP Calculator Online Help |
This Online Help relates to both Free HYIP Calculator and the Free HYIP Calculator Online products.
Input Formats, Calculation Rules and Limitations |
Investment Properties - Amount |
In this field you enter an amount of money which is intended to spend. Actually the currency does not matter as the calculations performed regardless of that. You can also enter fractional amounts containing up to 2 decimal places.
Investment Properties - Date |
The date when a spend is to be made. If you are only interested in getting Ending ROI or Ending Balance values you can skip setting this field and leave a default value (current date). The value of the Date field infuences all the dates calculated by Free HYIP Calculator.
Investment Properties - Duration |
The term of the payment plan in either days, weeks or months. Together with the Interest Rate setting and the Weekend Payments (Local) or Only Weekdays (Online) option has effect on the calculated Payments Count and Last Payment Date. Free HYIP Calculator correctly handles fractional durations (like 1.5 months).
NOTE: Here weeks and months are counted as 7 and 30 days respectively.

Investment Properties - Weekend Payments (Local) or Only Weekdays (Online) |
This option indicates whether payments made on weekends or not. Excluding weekends from payment plan does not affect Ending Balance or Ending ROI values because actually weekends count as "chargeable" dates. However this option influences the Payments Count value (especially this is visible when the Interest Rate setting is daily) and the calculated Payment Dates (see Balance By Date graph).

Investment Properties - Interest Rate |
The number of percents an HYIP pays you for your investment. The frequency of these payments can be set either daily, weekly, bimonthly or monthly. Interest Rate can be entered with up to 4 decimal places. Such a big precision is set to let you make calculations on non-standard types of payment plans (e.g. when each payment exceeds the previous one by 2 percents), then you can calculate an average percent and still be able to use Free HYIP Calculator.
NOTE: Weekly, bimonthly and monthly mean here one time in 7, 15 and 30 days respectively.
Investment Properties - Compound |
Setting this option on will make Free HYIP Calculator count each next payment as one-time investment consisting of your principal and all percents you have earned by payment date. Compounding is also know as re-investment. When you use the payment plan with such an option actually your money are always on the internal account of HYIP. The Balance By Date graph in this case does not show actual payments but the growth of amount on your HYIP's account. Setting the Weekend Payments (Local) or Only Weekdays (Online) option on or off does not affect anything but the Last Payment Date although the Balance By Date graph may still show "cavities" typical to weekdays-only payment plans.

Investment Properties - Principal Back |
The number of percents of your initial investment amount which will be paid to you back when a payment plan ends. Some HYIPs offer such kind of payment plan. This value allows for up to 2 decimal places. It influences only the last payment amount. The Avg. Daily Income, Ending ROI and Ending Balance values also rise but the risk is big that you might not receive the last payment and your actual income will be much less than you expected so do not rely too much on them.

Supposed Investment Statistics - Ending Balance |
This value represents the difference between your principal and your total earnings at the end of payment plan. Positive Ending Balance means that you will receive a profit and indicates your total final profit.
NOTE: Actually the Ending Balance and the Ending ROI values describe the same thing: your income (or loss) at the end of payment plan term. The difference is in the origin your income is counted off from: in case of Balance it is negative of your spend amount, in case of ROI it is zero.
NOTE: The value of Ending Balance less than zero tells you that this investment plan is detrimental and does not worth spending your money. However actually HYIPs do not offer such payment conditions. If your calculation resulted in such a value check your Investment Properties, correct them and re-calculate statistics.

Supposed Investment Statistics - Ending ROI |
Ending Return Of Investment. Total amount you will earn from an HYIP disregarding your principal. Also the ROI Percentage by investment amount is calculated. ROI Percentage greater then 100% (or ROI greater then amount spent) means that you will receive a profit. Also the difference between the ROI Percentage and 100% indicates your relative earnings.
NOTE: See also Supposed Investment Statistics - Ending Balance to understand the meanings and the relationship between the Ending Balance and the Ending ROI values.

Supposed Investment Statistics - ROI Bar (Local Only) |
ROI Bars show the state of investment at either of the payment dates: Ending ROI Bar at the end of a payment plan, Supposed ROI By Date Bar at the date of the current selected payement. The colors of ROI Bars let you quickly estimate the value of ROI Percentage: < 60% - red, < 80% - brown, < 100% - green.

Supposed Investment Statistics - Payments Count |
The number of supposed payments. This value is affected by the values of the Duration field, the Interest Rate setting and the Weekend Payments (Local) or Only Weekdays (Online) option.
Supposed Investment Statistics - Avg. Daily Income |
This value is calculated as a quotient of total supposed earnings divided by number of days between the first and the last payment. Also the Avg. Daily Income Percentage by amount invested is calculated. These values expose some kind of unified characteristic of either investment plan. Using these values you can easily compare the profitability of several HYIPs regardless of differences in payment options they offer.

Supposed Investment Statistics - 0 Balance Date |
The first date when the balance becomes not less than zero i.e. you start receiving a profit. Also widely known as "money back" date. When the Ending Balance value does not reach zero at all this date cannot be calculated and so "N/A" is displayed.
Supposed Investment Statistics - Last Payment Date |
The date of the last payment i.e. the payment plan end.
