Please carefully read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to every U Software product further referenced as Software.
The Software is 14-days fully functional shareware. This means that you are eligible to run the Software within the evaluation period of not more than 14 days without any limitations in order to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase. After the evaluation period ends, you have to either pay for the Software or remove it from your computer.
IMPORTANT! To make a purchase, first you have to download and install the Software to obtain your hardware ID, which you will then need to enter into the registration form along with your email address and user name. Make sure you have the latest version of the Software. Otherwise an incorrect hardware ID can be obtained.
After you have paid for the Software, you will receive an email confirming your purchase within 24 hours. Rarely for credit card sales, this period can be slightly longer due to our retailer's fraud status review procedure. This email will contain the registration code that matches your hardware ID and user name. You will have to enter the registration code and user name into the Software.

IMPORTANT! Software registration codes are issued for each individual computer separately and depend on the user name you provided in the registration form and the unique string called hardware ID, which is generated based upon your computer hardware configuration. If your hardware ID has changed as a result of a hardware modification (e.g. upgrade), you have to send a registration code request email to our support indicating your former registration data and new hardware ID.
If you've made a payment, but haven't got a confirmation email with your registration code within a 24 hour period of time, please notify us using our Contact Us form.
IMPORTANT! You have to fill in your email address during the purchase/registration procedure. You are solely responsible for providing us with an accurate email address. If you indicate an email address which is incorrect, we will not be able to send your registration code. Also many email service providers let you configure spam filters or these filters are on by default. Please be sure our emails can get through such filters and check your email settings prior to purchasing.
If you've made a payment, but haven't got a confirmation email with your registration code within a 24 hour period of time, please notify us using our Contact Us form. In this case we will try to send your registration data via alternative email address. If you haven’t received an email within next 24 hours, then contact the support and the only way for us to deliver your registration data to you will be to publish it under the Support Issues subsection of the Software’s section at U Software User Community Forum.
U Software will only use your contact information to communicate with you about upcoming Software releases and to provide customer support. Only U Software has access to the contact information. We do not provide or sell your contact information to any third party distribution lists (i.e. spam lists, etc.).
Registration codes will work for any later release of the Software having the same major version number, i.e. you have the right to upgrade the purchased Software for FREE within a major version.
U Software will notify you about upcoming Software releases via email address you provided during the registration. The distributive containing the latest version of the Software can be downloaded at our Downloads page.
With registration of the Software, you get FREE lifetime technical support.
Please contact us via email or you can search through our U Software User Community Forum and ask your questions there. Typically messages are answered in 24 hours, but depending on singularity and difficulty of your question it may take a bit longer.
We ask you to choose carefully prior to making a purchase, as we do NOT normally accept refunds after we have sent your registration code. You can request a refund within 24 hours after the purchase and before your registration code has been issued. The reason for this is that we have no way of knowing if you are still using the Software on your computer. Second, since the Software is shareware, this gives you an opportunity to try it out before purchasing to make sure it meets your needs. Hope you understand why we have to take this position on refunds.
The only case when a refund request will be accepted is when there’s a flaw in the Software that we unable to correct.
